Responsible Tourism Across Government
ICRT global acts as neutral facilitator between government departments bringing specialists together such as transport, environment, tourism, and planning teams to discuss policy alignment and collaboration related to tourism. This can include national, regional, or multi‑regional bodies.

ONLINE WORKSHOP FORMATS

OPTION 1 – Taking Responsiblity for Tourism Brainstorming Session £1,250

A 1.5 hour introduction to taking responsibliity for tourism. This is the perfect opportunity help your internal teams understand issues and opportunities they could be addressing in responsible tourism. We include an introductory talk on the main issues you want to address, an opportunity for questions, breakout sessions for your teams to debate issues and recommend solutions. We conclude with a recap of priorities and next steps and prepare a post brainstorm event report and action summary.

OPTION 2 – 3 hour Workshop £2,500

Our half day workshops provide a more formal opportunity to take responsibility for improving your impact. This session includes pre-interview work with key stakeholders and a presentation of the research findings. We then facilitate debate on challenges priorities and solutions you are facing and reach an agreement on immediate and medium term action. We deliver a post workshop report and plan for action.

OPTION 3 – Two 3 hour Workshops £5,000

To maintain momentum and impact our two half day workshop programme ensures the theory and ambition of the first workshop is reviewed evaluated and encouraged. In the second facilitated half day session participants return and report back on action taken since workshop 1. They describe the barriers and opportunities encountered and discussions about ways to move forward. We then agree a practical road map for the next six months and deliver a final report. We also hold a check in session in six months time to review progress.
